Shilajit Maca Latte for Hormonal Health

 



I love Shilajit and found this Shilajit maca latte recipe @ lotus blooming herbs site. Shilajit contains fulvic acid and has more than 84 minerals! It acts as an antioxidant to improve immunity and memory, functions as an anti-inflammatory, boosts energy, acts as a diuretic to remove excess fluid from the body, and supports brain, heart sex hormones and iron absorption.

It's great for hormone imbalances which can cause a host of health issues including fatigue, hair loss, brain fog, muscle aches/pains, fertility issues and low libido. SHILAJIT MACA LATTE 
1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup plantbased milk
  • 2 tsp gelatinized maca powder
  • 1/2 -1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 date, pitted
  • Rice grain to lentil size portion Authentic Shilajit™
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil water and steam milk.
  2. Add all ingredients including liquid to a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until frothy.
  3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
